"Over the past several months I've needed to get updated information and some clarifications on my policies and I have been really pleased with how quickly I get my questions answered by Kylie. I tend to have questions at odd hours of the night when normal folks are sound asleep, so I will shoot off an email and Kylie will get back to me the following work day to answer my questions and make sure that if I have any other concerns that I send them her way. It's a great change of pace to have a high level of customer service whether I use email or decide to drop by the office."
