It’s a wonderful time to explore the scenic trails of Coeur d'Alene National Forest, enjoy peaceful fishing in the clear lakes, or unwind in one of our quaint mountain towns. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of hiking and biking trails, now painted with autumn hues, or ride the gondola for breathtaking views of the valley.

Additionally, the month marks Back to School season, bringing excitement and new beginnings for students and families across the region.

Growing up in the beautiful Inland Northwest made it hard to drift far from the "Center of the Universe." I’ve had the opportunity to live in Idaho, Montana, and Washington, and my family and I are proud to call Wardner, ID, our home. As a proud alum of the University of Phoenix and Boise State University, I hold a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Social Work and Mental Health. I’m happily married to my high school sweetheart, Brian, and I’m proud of my son Cole, who’s thriving at Bennington College.

During the off-season for skiing, you can find me training for the 6th annual Jack@ss Half, hiking trails with my pups Sedona and Eleanor, and buzzing around local trails in our Razer.
